What’s up with the pink?
Back in 2007, I was a newly licensed agent in Texas for an office with a specific “no jeans allowed” rule. When I branched out on my own in Colorado, I promised I would never set up a dress code where I felt I couldn’t be myself. Thus, the pink hair was born (but it changes from time to time).
I grew up in the real estate world, working with my mom and two other brokers. I have always loved the thrill of house hunting. I also remember all the tips and tricks I learned from my mom when she helped me buy my first home 20 years ago—now, I have become my mother.
Of course, becoming a real estate agent wasn’t exactly a linear journey. I was first licensed in Texas right before the 2008 market crash and ended up stepping away to be a full-time mom. Fast forward to several years later—we had moved to Colorado, and I was looking at houses every other day. It just made sense that it was time to get back into real estate.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our family. We live in NE Aurora, Painted Prairie, which is close to jobs and the city, while still not feeling like we’re being squeezed into city life. My husband and I are musicians, we both play multiple instruments and sing. As a family, we love to camp, paddleboard, and hike. My favorite things include LSU college football, trivia night at the brewery, and exploring old creepy homes in Cheesman Park.
If you’re ready to chat about your home goals, get in touch. I look forward to getting to know you!
